NOTE: You will be able to issue invoices automatically in your Personal Account. It will also be possible to pay by credit card. These options will be available after July 31, 2014.
At the moment please feel free to contact the Technical Secretariat and ask for the contract and invoice required for payment.

Payments for the services you have chosen and ordered may be made in the following ways
(all payments are accepted in rubles):
If your organization needs to sign a contract for services, you must send a letter to the Conference Secretariat at the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your organization for the preparation of the contract. Original documents (contract, invoice and a certificate of services performed) will be issued to you at the registration desk during the Conference.
- By bank transfer (for legal entities):
in the tab Payment in the Personal Account of the Participant you need to enter data of your organization. After you entered all the information you can view and print an invoice by bank transfer. The original documents (invoice and a certificate of services performed) will be issued to you at the registration desk during the Conference.
Please note that our company is working on a simplified system of taxation, and the invoice will not be issued.
To obtain the documents we ask you to carry a power of attorney to sign the receipt and accounting documents, executed in your name, stamped and signed by the head of your organization.
- By bank transfer (for individuals):
in the tab in the Payment of Personal Account member you are making your data (TIN and PPC in this case is not entered). After you have made this you can view and print an invoice by bank transfer. At the registration desk during the Congress you will receive a confirmation - transcript the services you was provided. Your check you have received in the bank, and decoding costs are the basis for reimbursement for the accounting of your organization.

- Online payment (after July 31, 2014):
By clicking on "Online Payment", you will be redirected to the payment system site using a secure SSL-connection. Further, following the instructions, you can make the payment the services you have chosen by your credit card.
All refunds are made after the Conference, without of bank and overhead costs.
